• Human Resources & Team Growth: conducted 100+ interviews and internalized key roles, allowing us to triple the tech team to 30 professionals. Increased the share of in-house engineers from 50% to 90%, boosting knowledge retention and delivery ownership.
• Quality Assurance: established a dedicated QA team with test automation engineers and implemented Playwright-based test suites. Integrated QA into the full development lifecycle, enabling thorough feature documentation and testing before release.
• Deployments & Delivery: set up a Continuous Deployment pipeline, reducing deployment time of new features by up to 75%. Implemented feature flagging to allow safe, incremental releases and rapid iteration.
• Roadmap & Product Development: delivered key products to production, including Polysème, Garance's PERO, and Garance's Cagn'Up systems. Acted as the main technical contact for external stakeholders to manage product requirements and delivery alignment.
• Technology Management: migrated the full tech stack to TypeScript (Node.js core systems and Next.js client-facing systems). Moved from on-prem to a fully cloud-native architecture using AWS Serverless and Vercel. Implemented centralized monitoring with Splunk, conducted technical due diligence for acquisitions, and led technical content for RFPs and RFIs.

Joined the Executive Committee as CTO of ekonoo, leading a 20-person team of DevOps, QA, and Software Engineering professionals.

• Human Resources: re-structured the department with key roles such as Team-Leads and Release Managers, allowing us to better oversee initiatives. Led 10+ successful recruitments, doubling QA Team size and reinforcing the backend development team.
• Quality Assurance: implemented a Testing strategy with KPIs (defects, test cases, regression delays, SLAs). Grew regression test documentation to 150+ (from 30) and rolled out an automation suite of 90+ tests (from 0), cutting regression time from 5 days to 2.
• Quality Assurance (cont.): integrated the QA team into specification and development processes; documented and monitored 20+ test cases per sprint, covering 90+% of newly developed features (up from 0).
• Deployments & Delivery: migrated from a monthly-release plan to Continuous Deployment, reducing feature deployment time by up to 75%.
• Roadmap & Product Development: collaborated with partners' operational, business, and technical stakeholders to prioritize, define, and deliver platform features. Managed expectations under high-pressure deadlines and delivered 50+ high-level roadmap items.
• Technology Management: cultivated relationships with third-party vendors such as AWS. Spearheaded technical content preparation for RFPs and RFIs.

Dev(Sec)Ops engineer and AWS Cloud Architect involved in the design and implementation of the CI/CD pipelines and Cloud infrastructure, and the setup of an internal Information Security Framework.

Joined Deloitte Cyber Risk Services first as a Cybersecurity Intern and later as a Consultant, working on technical projects at the intersection of IT architecture, security, and governance, particularly cloud infrastructure.

• Conducted IT security and risk assessments to develop actionable security roadmaps.
• Presented cybersecurity strategies to major financial institutions in Luxembourg.
• Designed and implemented secure cloud architectures, including serverless and containerized systems.
• Built Docker-based solutions and developed APIs using Node.js and Python.
• Facilitated Cloud, DevOps and Cybersecurity awareness workshops.

In parallel with my studies, I worked as an IT Consultant on the following tasks.

• Implemented Docker-based automation testing environments for the ISO10303 working group, allowing teams to perform automated non-regression tests in replicable environments.
• Developed multiple web applications pushed to production for medium and small-sized businesses.
• Conducted and delivered a BPMN tooling cross-compatibility assessment.
• Designed and deployed redundant AWS Cloud-native infrastructures.

Defined and implemented a GIT working methodology (and a CI/CD proof of concept) to develop the ISO10303 STEP SysML architecture.

• Led the migration from CVS to GIT for the working group (Airbus, Boeing, Safran).
• Improved deployment cadence to multiple times per week.
